1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the booking and use of services provided by Villa Marina, located at Glystra Beach in Rhodes.

1.2. By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email or other communication means.

3. Payment

3.1. A payment in advance is required at the time of the booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

3.2. Payments can be completed using Bank transfer to the company’s bank account, the details of which are provided in the booking confirmation email.

3.3. Failure to pay the amount agreed may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellations made 30 days before the booking date will receive a full refund.

4.2. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date.

4.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1. Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

6. Check-in and Check-out 

6.1. Check-in time is from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

6.2. Check-out time is by 10:00 on the day of departure.

6.3. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Responsibilities

7.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

7.2. You must comply with all rules and regulations of the booked service or property.

7.3. Any damages caused by you to the property or service will be charged to your account.

8. Liability

8.1. Villa Marina and its representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your booking or use of the services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Villa Marina and its representatives reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking.

9. Privacy

9.1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Regulatory.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Greek government.
